Low Country Boil
A Skidaway Steamers Low Country Boil consist of large, local Georgia Shrimp, local smoked beef sausage, Georgia or South Carolina fresh corn, farm fresh organic baby potatoes, Vidalia onions all boiled in our special seafood seasoning, and served with our Skidaway Steamers Brand Cocktail Sauce and Seafood butter.
We hand select oysters from the best source at the beginning of each oyster season. Whether they be from Maryland, Rhode Island, or the Gulf, we work very closely with our suppliers to assure the highest quality source of oysters each season. We also work very closely with local sources and have served quite a few local cluster oysters from the Wilmington River and Bluffton, SC. All of our oysters are hand washed and served with Skidaway Steamers Brand Cocktail Sauce, Lemons, Saltine crackers and hot drawn butter.
Skidaway Steamers sources local, fresh clams and provides a New England favorite with a Southern twist. Similar to our Low Country Boil, our clam bakes are traditional in ingredients but always contain fresh, never frozen ingredients and are also accompanied with our Skidaway Steamers Brand Cocktail Sauce, hot drawn butter and lemons.
Skidaway Steamers flies in fresh, local Martha’s Vineyard lobsters for your Lobster bake or boil. A lobster bake is a really special treat and combining a Low Country Boil with Lobsters is real delight. All traditional condiments are provided, including appropriate utensils, bibs, etc.
Skidaway Steamers gets the freshest crawfish available flown in or from a local source during the limited crawfish season. Our crawfish boils are traditional New Orleans style boils and we can make them as spicy as you can handle.
